Born in Titusville, PA, in 1936, Mom was the 2nd child of 10 born to Clyde and Marie Hasbrouck. After graduating Townville High School in 1954 she lived in Cleveland, OH for a few years. There she met our dad, Hilyard Hedden, of Murphy, NC. They married in 1958 and lived in Murphy during the early 1960s.
